Returns Policy
Goods bought online
- Time limit: You have 14 days to return an unused item.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. You must have the receipt or proof of purchase. You may carefully unpack and look at the item, but used items will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% at our discretion.
- Return shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Faulty Products
- Within 30 days: Report a confirmed fault to get a full refund, repair, or replacement.
- After 30 days (up to 6 months): We will arrange a repair or replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. You should receive the credit within 5 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
